Functieomschrijving Wat je gaat doen:- Bieden van uitstekende ondersteuning aan onze klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat.
- Behandelen van vragen, klachten en feedback op een professionele en efficiënte manier.
- Zorgdragen voor correcte administratie van klantcontacten.
- Samenwerken met andere teams om processen te verbeteren en de klantbeleving te optimaliseren.
- Actief bijdragen aan onze kantooromgeving en teamcultuur.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands.
- 2-5 jaar ervaring in klantcontact of een vergelijkbare functie.
- Proactief, zelfstandig en detailgericht.
- Enthousiast om iedere dag op kantoor te werken en onderdeel te zijn van ons team
- HBO or MBO
- Competitief salaris tot €3.500.
