Een snelgroeiende logistieke start-up in Amsterdam zoekt een klantmanager om de onboarding van klanten te begeleiden en als eerste aanspreekpunt voor hen te fungeren. Je zorgt voor een optimale klantervaring door problemen efficiënt op te lossen en klantbehoeften om te zetten in verbeteringen.
