U bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van hoogwaardige service en oplossingen voor reisgerelateerde vragen per telefoon, e-mail en chat. Deze rol biedt de mogelijkheid om na de initiële training op kantoor in Athene vanuit huis te werken. Het bedrijf biedt bovendien een uitgebreid verhuispakket en ondersteuning aan EU-burgers.
