We are looking for a
Swedish-speaking Travel Support Representative
to join our customer-focused team supporting a global travel marketplace. In this role, you will assist travelers throughout their journey by providing high-quality support related to flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other travel services.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and are looking for a stable role with standard working hours and a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions related to travel services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Work towards individual and team KPIs
- Maintain and update customer information in internal systems
- Build and maintain basic knowledge of the clients products and services
- Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives
- Fluent
Swedish
(spoken and written) - Good level of
English - Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using computers and multiple systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- High school diploma (customer service experience is a plus)
- Availability to work fixed weekday shifts
- Full-time role with
standard working hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00) - Monthly Salary: 1,840.65 EUR
