• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Promptly address and resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to assist in continuous service improvement.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of products and enhance service skills.

• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
• Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus.
