The Role
We’re looking for global AI Video Directors / Creators from who are grounded in storytelling and excited by where creative production is heading. You must come from a world of traditional storytelling craft and have exceptional brand and advertising experience.

You might come from:

Video or film directing

Creative or art direction with a strong focus on video and photography

Editing, with a deep understanding of story, rhythm, and pacing

Or a hybrid of all of the above

What matters most is taste, narrative thinking, and hands‑on ability, combined with a genuine curiosity for AI‑powered creation.

You’ll take ideas from early vision through to execution, building compelling stories, treatments, and visual worlds using a mix of traditional thinking and AI‑driven tools.

What You’ll Do

Develop strong creative visions, treatments, and narrative approaches for global brands

Direct AI‑driven video projects end‑to‑end, from concept to final delivery

Design and execute shots, sequences, and visual systems using AI video models and hybrid workflows

Translate abstract ideas into clear storytelling, structure, and pacing

Collaborate closely with producers, creative technologists, and other directors across projects

Explore and push new AI video tools, models, and workflows — applying them to real work

Continuously refine how stories are told when production constraints are removed

What We’re Looking For (Essential Skills & Experience)

5-10 years of video experience for high end commercial (web & TV).

A strong background in video storytelling (commercial, branded & corporate)

Ability to take a project end‑to‑end, from treatment to edit.

Ability to lead a small team (art directors, editors or motion designers) when required.

Excellent understanding of narrative, pacing, composition, and visual rhythm

Visual literacy on lensing, camera movements, color grading

Native awareness of ‘uncanny valley’, and know the editing tricks to work around this.

Hands‑on experience with AI video tools or a proven drive to deeply explore them

Comfort working autonomously while collaborating with a distributed global team

Ability to take ownership and steer projects confidently to the finish line

Curiosity, ambition, and excitement about the future of creative production
