About Known Models

Known Models is an international model management agency with teams across London, Paris, Milan, New York and Amsterdam. Our talent work with leading luxury houses, major magazines, and cultural brands. The creative department plays a key role in shaping how our models are seen — from digitals and portfolios to social storytelling and campaign teasers.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual eye who wants real studio experience and the chance to grow creatively within fashion imagery.

• Assisting with portfolio development: image curation, sequencing, and presentation
• Preparing and uploading content to platforms such as
• Shooting or assisting with digitals / basic studio photography
• Creating teaser videos, reels, mood edits, and visual short‑form content for social channels
• Supporting the development of creative concepts for campaigns, test shoots & new faces
• Helping with visual mood boards and pre‑production references
• Maintaining and organising our image library and visual archive
• Occasionally assisting on test shoots or studio days
• Bringing fresh, evolving ideas for how we present talent digitally

• A background or interest in photography, visual arts, design, fashion communication, or multimedia
• Basic experience using Lightroom / Photoshop / Capture One (or willing to learn fast)
• Familiarity with video editing software (Premiere / Cap Cut / Final Cut / DaVinci)
• A strong visual eye — someone who knows when an image feels right
• Good organisational habits and attention to detail
• Curiosity — you like to reference culture, fashion, art, youth movements, magazines, Tumblr mood boards, all of it
• A calm, grounded temperament — the pace can be quite fast
• Bonus but not required: experience with AI visual tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.)

Hands‑on studio and content experience inside a working fashion agency

• The ability to build out your portfolio + real deliverables (with credit)
• Insight into creative direction, casting, and brand aesthetics
• A deeper understanding of imagery in the modeling and fashion space
• A network of stylists, photographers, bookers, and creative collaborators
• Mentorship and space to grow into a more defined creative role if the fit is right
