Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Collaborations & Partnerships specialist to streamline our studio's international collaborations, projects and associated PR. As a Collaborations & PR specialist, you will play a central role in further developing the future of IVH by maintaining and building relationships with museums, commercial partners, cultural institutions, stylists and PR departments.

This unique position involves creating innovative collaboration opportunities in the areas of Art, Couture, and Design.

You will work closely with Iris van Herpen herself and the creative team to translate the artistic vision into operational excellence and new partnerships to reinforce long-term success. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative and globally recognized brand.

Principal

Activities:

Translate Iris van Herpen's artistic vision into international multidisciplinary partnerships.

Identify and initiate exciting collaborations and projects in the fields of art, design and Haute Couture.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients and museums.

Project management for collaborations and partnerships, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Monitor and enhance financial planning for collaborations and partnerships.

Supervise a small, high-performing team to continuously improve and drive creative collaborations.

Identify new partnership opportunities while maintaining the artistic integrity of the brand.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, press, stylists and PR departments of partners & museums.

Coordinate events and other promotional activities.

Expand our international multi-disciplinary network, ensuring a diverse and dynamic pool of collaborations.

Act as a liaison between Iris van Herpen and external stakeholders and promote positive relationships.

Provide insights and recommendations for the growth of collaborations and press initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing (international) collaborations within the art and design industry.

Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful execution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively represent the brand and build and strengthen relationships.

Extensive knowledge of the high-end art and Couture landscape.

A passion for art, Couture and innovation, with an appreciation for Iris van Herpen's unique creative vision.

A strategic and ambitious thinker with a results-oriented attitude.

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and project management skills.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the creative team.

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and creative environment.
