Sr. Motion Graphics Designer

We're seeking a creative visionary to become one of the guardians of our brand story, a versatile Motion Graphics Designer who holds the codes of our visual identity and helps share our mission with the world. This hybrid role combines motion graphics expertise with graphic design mastery to bring our brand to life across Europe, empowering our commercial teams and inspiring audiences through compelling social media content.

Motion Graphics (30%)

• Create engaging motion graphics for pitch presentations and client proposals
• Develop animated social media content for various European markets
• Produce video assets
• Collaborate with the social media
• Ensure consistent brand application across all motion graphics deliverables

Graphic Design (70%)

• Design high-impact pitch decks and presentation materials
• Create print and digital marketing collateral
• Develop visual assets for social media campaigns
• Support brand consistency across all European markets & website
• Design infographics, reports, and other business communication materials

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and graphic design
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign are a must)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating content for brands, respecting brand guidelines
• Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• English required, Dutch or German is a plus
