Voor een bekende organisatie in Amsterdam zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Payroll Specialist. Je bent de rechterhand van de manager en verantwoordelijk voor het volledige payrollproces binnen Nederland. Je zorgt voor een correcte, tijdige en nauwkeurige salarisverwerking en draagt bij aan kwaliteitsverbetering en compliance.
Werkzaamheden- Uitvoeren en controleren van payroll volgens wet- en regelgeving.
- Verwerken van financiële mutaties en aangiftes.
- Plannen, monitoren en bewaken van deadlines van het team
- Samenwerken met HR, Finance en andere interne teams.
- Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en kennisdeling.
- Ervaring met Nederlandse payroll.
- Kennis van relevante wetgeving en cao’s.
- Ervaring met AFAS is een must
- Nauwkeurig, analytisch, zelfstandig en communicatief sterk.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
