For our Fund Services business in the Netherlands, we have a unique and exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated candidate to join our Fund Services Team as an Fund Accountant for, preferably, 32-40 hours working per week.

You will report into the Manager Fund Services and support the biggest clients as a true sparring partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and/or review financial statements;
• Review the bookkeeping (accruals, interest calculations, sales entries, movements in investment property, lease incentives, intangibles, service charges reconciliations according to Dutch GAAP and IFRS);
• Prepare and/or review the distributions and capital contribution requests;
• Prepare and/or review the cash flow statements;
• Prepare and/or review the client specific periodic (fund) reporting;
• Prepare and coordinate CIT & VAT returns;
• Prepare the audit file and assist with statutory audits;
• Follow-up and coordinate on client specific accounting and/or fund requests;
• Manage the relationship contact on internal CSC matters;
• Maintain contact with shareholders, clients, banks, auditors and other external and relevant parties;
• Ensure delivery of other services as required together with the other teams.

Qualification / Experience required:

• HBO or University degree in accountancy, business administration, business economics, or a comparable degree;
• 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, finance, and/or controlling;
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar accounting reporting role;
• Proficiency with MS office, especially Excel, and bookkeeping applications;
• Excellent in time management and priority setting, analytical, and a team player;
• Master the Dutch and English language.
