Simpro Expert

We are hiring an experienced Simpro Expert to assist a long-established pest control service company in migrating their current system into Simpro
. The primary responsibility is to transfer the company’s existing operational data and workflows into Simpro and ensure the system is fully set up and ready for daily use.

We are specifically looking for someone with real hands‑on experience setting up Simpro and moving businesses from another system into Simpro.

• Review the company’s existing system and workflow
• Export customer, job, and product/service data from the current platform
• Clean, organise, and prepare data for import
• Import customers, sites, materials, and service items into Simpro
• Set up price books, cost centres, and service rates
• Build job templates and recurring service schedules
• Configure technician users and permissions
• Set up quoting and invoicing workflows
• Assist with job scheduling and dispatching
• Test the system and ensure operations run smoothly
• Provide basic guidance/training to the business owner and staff

• Strong hands‑on experience with Simpro setup and configuration
• Experience migrating or implementing a company into Simpro
• Experience with data import/export (CSV, spreadsheets)
• Understanding of field service businesses (pest control, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, etc.)
• Knowledge of quoting, invoicing, and job scheduling in Simpro
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Able to work full‑time remotely
