Pay: $17.00 per hour – Part‑time positions available.

• Assist people with their personal hygiene.
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build rewarding relationships that help people grow, learn, and live well.
• Take initiative and act with ownership and trust to do what’s right for participants.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
