The Lube Technician is an entry-level position responsible to inspect, recommend, and maintain vehicles to assure basic care, safety, reliability, and ownership experience is compliant with manufacturer (OEM) standards.

• Nurture a culture of extraordinary customer and associate experiences.
• Execute consistent processes to assure favorable customer and associate experiences.
• Execute vehicle maintenance, LOF, MPI, TXM to specific standards.
• Directly interact with Team Leader and/or Service Sales Advisors.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, MPI, warranty documentation (CCC), flag time, clock time and notes.
• Continuous knowledge and professional skills education.
• Drive and park vehicles.
• Execute customer car washes.
• Maintain safety, clutter free, cleanliness of all workstations.
• Daily empty trash barrels.
• Daily remove all scrab and tires.
• Daily sweep and scrub shop floor in common areas.
• Weekly, degrease, clean, and maintain heavy equipment (tire machines, etc.).
• Report progress, challenges, options, and solutions to assure outstanding results.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Begin ASE certifications (8 total)
