AMHERST Branch Manager
Serves the public and promotes good customer relations reflecting the Bank's community image. Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize and manage the activities of the assigned branch in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies and procedures.
- Lead branch supervision, ensure compliance and drive sales/business development.
- Provide excellent customer service and problem‑solving support.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in retail management coursework and related training.
- At least five years of experience in branch supervision or equivalent.
- Excellent management, customer service, sales/business development and problem‑solving skills.
$60,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
