• Delivery Agent (letter carrier):
  You’ll be the face of Canada Post in your community, ensuring customers and businesses receive their mail and parcels.
• Postal Clerk:
  You will work various shifts (days, evenings, overnights, weekends) in a sorting facility, learning about mail operations and gaining experience for other positions.

• Delivery Agent responsibilities:
  Start day in depot, sort & prepare deliveries, load & drive Canada Post postal vehicle, deliver mail/packages by foot or vehicle, unload incoming mail/packages at depot.
• Postal Clerk responsibilities:
  Work inside a sorting facility, sort mail/packages, operate material‑handling equipment, receive & accept mail items, scan & sequence mail, transfer & dispatch parcels, complete reports & documentation, perform other duties as required.

• Valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s licence with a safe driving record for at least 3 years (driver’s abstract required).
• Physical ability to lift mail items up to 22.7 kg (50 lb) and carry items up to 15.9 kg (35 lb) regularly.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Availability to be on-call, possibly evenings and weekends.
• Read, write and speak English and/or French.

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience making deliveries or working as a driver.
• Experience working in a production environment (asset).
