ABOUT THE JOB

Then you go to work and you make sure that everyone there is doing what they need to do, even your boss. It’s time to move up. Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses — more specifically general managers.
It’s a tough job that demands judgment, math, and multitasking.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the store during your shift: cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
- Set the example for your crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, and scheduling.
- Maintain a perfect image and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure fantastic customer service, attendance, punctuality, marketing, and profitability.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Essential Functions & Skills
- Perform basic mathematical operations accurately and quickly, including handling monetary change.
- Take orders and process them accurately using a computer or touch screen.
- Navigate maps and deliver orders within the designated area.
- Operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
- Handle transportation to/from work and customer locations.
Training & Development
Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided. Domino’s offers opportunities for advancement from assistant manager to general manager and beyond.
