The Senior Director of Services is a key component of Link House, Inc.'s leadership team and demonstrates leadership by exercising significant judgement and initiative, as well as anticipating and positively reacting to organizational and administrative issues and concerns from internal and external constituents. The Senior Director Services will provide direct support, and operational and clinical oversight to the Link House, Inc.
programs. This role is accountable for ensuring maximum compliance in all aspects of treatment provisions, staff and program development.
The Senior Director of Services reports directly to the Executive Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Support Program Management in all aspects of operations including but not limited to: personnel management, budget management, operational and administrative processes, and compliance with applicable State and Federal laws/regulations
- Supervise Program Management and Facilities Manager, providing leadership, coaching and guidance to enable success in their respective programs
- Serve as the primary support to Executive Director, assisting with projects, meeting goals and deadlines
- Develop, review and implement policies, procedures, and forms for the organization.
- Ensure that clinical/client records are kept current and secure according to Company policy, DPH, and EOHHS regulations.
- Assist with developing a Continuous Quality Improvement Plan for each program in the organization.
- Develop and coordinate a staff training program for the organization
- New program development (as needed)
- Serve as backup and main point of contact when the Executive Director is unavailable
- Develop/cultivate an internship program at Link House, Inc. programs
- Ensure that each program is meeting the budgeted daily census on a regular basis
- Any other duties deemed appropriate and necessary by Link House Inc.
Directly supervise Program Management and Facilities Manager.
Qualifications and Experience- Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve quickly and efficiently.
- Preferred to have a valid LICSW, Psychology license, or LMHC, or a minimum of two years of supervised substance abuse counseling experience
- Must have experience in substance abuse and mental health services; OR possess a LADC-1.
- Must have or be in the process of obtaining a minimum of a Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines: clinical psychology, social work, mental health counseling, education-counseling, medicine, or rehabilitative counseling.
- Must have at least two years of experience in a supervisory role as a Program Director or equivalent management position.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings: a CORI criminal background check, Adam Walsh / CPS background screen, and drug screen
Physical Requirements
- This position operates in an office setting the majority of the time.
- Most elements of the job are sedentary, but the employee will be required to stand for periods of time or move throughout the clinic

Salary Range: $80, annually
