This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions on behalf of Beverly Hospital - a Sheppard Pratt Partner.
This role will be based at Beverly Hospital in Amesbury, MA
.

• Under the supervision of the nurse manager, provide patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Deliver empathetic care by maintaining calm, courteous, and thoughtful interactions with patients and families.
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns while adhering to confidentiality policies.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and therapeutic treatment space.
• Contribute to evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Accurately document patient care activities, including treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with children and adolescent assessment.

Preferred:

• An advanced degree in a human services field.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in an inpatient setting.
