Role Description

This full-time, on-site Mortgage Consultant role is based in Amesbury. The selected candidate will assist clients in their mortgage and insurance needs by providing expert financial advice and solutions tailored to their circumstances. Responsibilities include identifying suitable mortgage and insurance products, supporting clients through the application process, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and working collaboratively with the estate agency team will be vital to achieving success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and expertise in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgages and Mortgage Lending
  • Understanding of Finance with a focus on assessing financial needs and solutions
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and relationship management
  • Ability to adhere to regulatory compliance and best practices in the mortgage process
  • Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented approach to delivering results
  • Previous experience in a related role or industry is advantageous
  • Relevant qualifications such as CeMAP or equivalent are preferred
