Role OverviewThe Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full‑time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule, year‑round.
Responsibilities- Design, implement and maintain robust cloud security infrastructure on AWS and Microsoft Azure, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and security of cloud‑based systems and data.
- Act as a technical member of an agile software team and contribute to feature delivery.
- Drive automation and efficiency in cloud IAM/RBAC processes and procedures.
- Identify emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Experience in at least one programming language.
- Self‑confident, decisive, and comfortable in ambiguous situations.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Enable people by making it easy for them to do the right thing.
- Fight for what is right over how things are normally done.
- Experiment to learn.
- Experience with Python, test‑driven development.
- Experience building and deploying applications/infrastructure in AWS or Azure.
- Professional certifications related to security, AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of network protocols, encryption technologies, and access control in cloud environments.
- Experience with security assessment tools, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Ideally pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technology discipline.
- Must be registered as a full‑time student at an accredited university.
- Graduation date of December 2026 or later with a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
$15 – $40 hourly based on published rates for the business function and education level.
