Pay

Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr (actual hourly rate may equal or exceed the minimum wage and could include premiums of $0.35–$3.00/hr in specific circumstances).

Responsibilities
  • Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting value, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales & marketing events.
  • Maintains facility safety by following all standards, procedures, and guidelines; conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
  • Fulfills Member “Fax ’n Pull” and “Click ’n Pull” orders: reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping/palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
  • Completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; adapts to change and feedback.
  • Provides member service: acknowledges members, identifies needs, assists with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, resolves issues, and promotes company products.
  • Implements company policies, procedures, and ethics, including the Open Door Policy.
