Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker assists with stocking and maintaining the freezer/cooler/deli areas, ensures product availability and quality, and delivers member service in the deli and fresh food departments. This role supports operations and sanitary conditions to keep products ready for members.

• Remain compliant with safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, stocking merchandise, setting up and organizing displays, removing damaged goods, pricing, and completing required documentation.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and promoting products and services.
• Follow company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment operation and sanitation, cold chain procedures, and reporting issues to management.
• Ensure shelves are clean, temperatures are controlled, expiration dates are verified, and unwanted products are disposed of appropriately.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Successfully complete required trainings and assessments within the designated time period if selected for the role

• Experience with stocking and customer service in a retail environment
• Strong focus on member satisfaction and problem-solving
