McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for RN for its Urgent Care clinic in North Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include:
Rooming patients, taking vitals and patient history, performing point of care testing, immunization and other injections, assisting in a fast paced clinical setting, and cross-train to assist with maintaining reception desk activities including but not limited to, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering the telephone and assisting with online booking.
Education
* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Certification/License
* Possession of a State Registered Nurse license
* Current BCLS certification.
Days:
Monday - Friday. Every third weekend. Rotating holidays
Hours:
M-F 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Every Third weekend 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Rotating Holidays 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Experience
* Clinic experience preferred.
$2.50 per hour pay differential if you work Saturday and/or Sunday. If a holiday falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, please ask for details.
Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
