To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (verified prior to start).
• Interested and available to work any shift available, including, but not limited to fixed night shifts, rotating shifts and holidays as needed.
• Interested and available to work overtime, daily and weekends and short‑notice shift coverage.

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
