Job Description:

The ISU Athletics department has
** part-time
** job opportunities for non-student facilities and custodial assistant positions. We are looking for people that are reliable, detail oriented, and honest. Our facilities team provide essential services that support assigned buildings and events hosted by the Athletics Department to ensure a safe and clean environment for students, staff and guests.
** This is a great side job.
** These positions perform routine, unskilled manual labor to assist in a temporary capacity (less than 780 hours per fiscal year). Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks and effectively interact with others in a customer service oriented role.
** Schedule
* * Between 8 am - 2 pm, weekdays. Need to be able to work at least 3 days per week. 20-30 hours per week.

Must also be available to work at the upcoming stadium concerts and at home football games.
** Wage
* * Starting pay is $14.00/hr.  Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
** Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities*
* • Work outdoors and indoors.
• Assist with upkeep of the stadium concourse.
• Check, clean and/or restock restrooms.
• Assist with clean up tasks during events and/or restoring the building after events.
• Assist custodians in the upkeep of facilities such as: wipe up spills; clean floors & surfaces; power wash; pick up debris; disinfect surfaces; help maintain locker rooms, bathrooms, offices, and common spaces; etc.
• Assist with moving furniture or equipment.
• General labor tasks as assigned.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*
* • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment.
• Ability to learn to perform a variety of unskilled tasks.## Appointment Type:
