McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Patient Registration Rep for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and able to provide extraordinary care to our patients every day.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting, instructing, registering, checking in and directing patients and visitors. Responsible for answering patient billing questions, taking payments, balancing cash drawer and working misc reports. Give general info on clinic services. Will float to different locations in Ames.

Education

• High School Diploma, GED or HiSET

Days: Monday - Friday. Possibly one Saturday a month.

Hours: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM. Possibly one Saturday a month 7:30 AM - noon.

Experience

• Customer Service experience needed.
• Business Office in a medical clinical setting preferred.

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
