Location: Green Hills
Compensation: $35.00 – $40.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities- Clinical Oversight:
Ensure delivery of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy across all locations at the highest standards of clinical excellence and evidence‑based practice. - Compliance and Regulation:
Review and enforce compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring practitioners maintain current licensure and certifications. - Staff Development:
Mentor and lead ongoing professional development and training programs for therapy staff to foster clinical skills and adherence to best practices. - Interdisciplinary
Collaboration:
Facilitate and encourage effective collaboration among PT, OT, and SLP to maximize outcomes. - Resource Management:
Allocate physical, financial, and human resources efficiently across sites to optimize patient care and staff satisfaction. - Mission Support:
Support the mission, values, and vision of TMC and the facility. - Leadership:
Lead and direct the work of others and utilize all relevant data and clinical judgement to ensure appropriate delivery of therapy care. - Staff Planning:
Plan and schedule staff based on clinical needs of patients and maintain ongoing communication with facility skilled services teams regarding care plan variances. - Clinical Support:
Assist with coding, documentation, and assessment training to support accurate utilization and medical necessity. - Program Promotion:
Promote clinical programs within the market through quality outcome reporting, risk‑based program delivery, and hospital relationships. - New Hire Orientation:
Oversee orientation to ensure completion of Human Resources policies and educate new hires on company policies and daily responsibilities. - Documentation:
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and organization of all paperwork in accordance with Medicare and company requirements. - Payroll and Billing:
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and organization of billing and payroll logs according to company policies. - Patient Care Efficiency:
Manage and assist therapists to maximize patient care support and efficiency. - Policy Communication:
Inform team members of all changes to policies and procedures as dictated by facility, Medicare, insurance, and TMC. - Positive Work Environment:
Promote a positive work environment and provide the TMC Experience. - Special Programs:
Assist in the maintenance and implementation of special programs. - Employee Development:
Promote employee development and clinical program enhancement. - Performance Appraisal:
Perform performance appraisals for therapy staff and make recommendations for new hires and promotions. - Staff Counseling:
Counsel staff via PGAP with approval from higher management and Human Resources. - Supply Management:
Ensure the therapy department has sufficient supplies/equipment by making appropriate requests. - Physical Requirements:
Comply with discipline‑specific job descriptions including physical strength requirements. - Procedure Assistance:
Assist registered therapists in carrying out procedures and programs. - Treatment Procedures:
Perform routine treatment procedures in accordance with the planned program. - Finding Reporting:
Report pertinent findings to the registered therapist. - Relationship Development:
Develop professional relationships with staff, customers, facility teams, residents, and families. - Issue Communication:
Communicate relevant facility, patient, or staff issues to the Area Manager timely. - Other Duties:
Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology program; certified assistants (PTA, COTA) also qualify.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
- 2+ years experience in healthcare, preferably long‑term care setting.
- Knowledge of Medicare, insurance, and resident rights.
