PositionSummary
Reporting to the Parking Manager, the Parking Supervisor will manage day‑to‑day event parking, transportation at Venue, Iowa State University.

This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00.
This position will remain open until May 29, 2026.
Responsibilities- Maintain core values while working on property.
- Inspect parking lots several times throughout day.
- Ensure safe and efficient traffic patterns for all guests.
- Assist m anager with event day operations of parking lots and traffic flow.
- Assist M anager with traffic management program and creating Traffic Command Center in SOC monitoring real-time parking data .
- Assist M anager with enforcement of employee parking program.
- Ensure event day checklists are follow ed & completed for entirety of event.
- Ensure campus is set up and lots are ready for event.
- Report traffic incidents in lots to manager.
- Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parking operati ons.
- Perform inventory management.
- Assist M anager by gathering information to respond to guest inquires and investigate complaints / concerns.
- Assisting w ith the continuous evaluation and adjustment pedestrian and vehicle way finding signage program.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Must have one (1) year previous experience .
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Core customer communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Must have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays, weekday evenings, weekends, early mornings and late nights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in event operations or parking operations is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to legally operate vehicles.
