The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Debbie and Jerry Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University is seeking a leader with a strong record of achievement for the role of Department Chair to support and promote the work of faculty in the department. As a nationally ranked, R1 institution, we seek an individual who will build on the department's long‑standing scholarly excellence in research, teaching, and industry engagement.

The Chair will be expected to sustain and enhance the culture of collegiality within the department, support the professional development of departmental faculty, and contribute to fulfilling the University's land‑grant mission. The anticipated start date for this position is July 1, 2026; however, a later start date may be considered.
