Responsibilities are inherent to the role of a Family Medicine Advanced-Practice Provider with a focus on outpatient care in a primary care setting within a multidisciplinary clinic.

• A minimum of one year of previous Primary Care Provider experience is required
• Graduation from an accredited program
• Currently licensed or ability to be licensed in the State of Iowa
• Currently certified or ability to be certified by the appropriate governing body
• Must be able to see patients of all ages
