Role DescriptionThe Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include managing budgets, auditing accounts, reconciling complex transactions, and providing financial insights to drive decision‑making processes. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will assist in developing internal controls, collaborating with teams, and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualifications- Strong accounting skills, including financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing
- Proficiency in financial analysis, transaction reconciliation, and compliance with accounting regulations
- Knowledge of accounting software and advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention‑to‑detail skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
- Experience in leadership or mentoring roles is a plus
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and deadline‑driven environment
