Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive / Director, you will drive sustainable business growth through new business acquisition and strategic account management. You will deliver tailored insurance solutions, build long-term client relationships, and ensure excellent retention through proactive engagement and market insight.

Working collaboratively with Broking Operations and internal teams, you will help deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.

• Act as a trusted advisor, developing strong, consultative relationships.
• Understand clients’ risk profiles and deliver tailored solutions.
• Proactively identify value-add opportunities to drive retention.

• Generate and convert new business through networking, referrals, and market engagement.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and meet growth targets.
• Lead renewal negotiations and secure competitive terms.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance (FCA / Consumer Duty).
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready records.
• Mentor colleagues and support a high-performance culture.
• Build strong insurer and industry relationships.
• Stay informed on market and regulatory developments.

• Strong track record in new business development.
• Knowledge of insurance markets and underwriting.
• Experience managing and growing client portfolios.
• Understanding of FCA requirements.
• CII / ACII qualified (or working towards).
• Experience with Acturis or similar systems.
