Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through campaigns, referrals, and networking. Client Engagement :

Prepare and deliver competitive insurance quotes, meeting income and referral targets. Policy Coordination :
Manage documentation, ensure compliance, and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients. Market Intelligence :
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Team Collaboration :
Work closely with directors, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Customer Service :
Maintain high standards of service and professionalism throughout the sales cycle. Candidate Profile: CII qualified (or working towards) Proven sales experience - insurance experience beneficial Strong negotiation and communication skills Confident handling complex risks Highly organized and self-motivated
Experience with insurance systems (e.g., Acturis Systems) preferred Full, clean driving license
