As an Account Manager
, you will drive sales performance and expand the Pall Medical portfolio within your territory. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets while promoting our product range in alignment with company policies and strategic objectives. Your mission is to grow and develop the Pall Medical business by delivering on agreed sales goals, implementing price increases, and securing order projections.

- Grow the water business across large hospitals, health inspectors, hospital groups and non‑hospital customers.
- Support the medical business through the application of technical skills in the water, drug delivery and breathing filter portfolios.
- Manage annual (and other) price rises, maintain a tracker to ensure completion, and ensure price rises are managed within SFDC and signed off per the delegation of authority.
- Create an annual forecast (sales and orders) and ensure this is monitored and tracked; forecast is met. Complete the monthly product forecasting process.
- Maintain the CRM as an accurate reflection of accounts, contacts, activities and opportunities.
- Degree in science, technology, engineering or maths, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to develop new business and achieve superior performance.
- Builds mutually beneficial relationships and strategies with customers.
- Able to understand a customer’s business and priorities and translate these into business opportunities.
- Experienced in key account management, building relationships vertically and horizontally across the customer organisation.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or similar role.
- Sales and marketing strategy development and action planning.
- Ability to travel 4 days a week, with some overnight stay.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record.
