CNC Turner - Programmer / Setter / Operator

£18.00 - £20.00 per hour. Overtime available at enhanced rates 1/3

Mon Thursday - 15.30pm 23.00pm. Fri Friday - 12.30pm 21.30pm.

Commutable from St Albans, Watford, Chesham, Amersham, Hemel Hempstead

An established manufacturing company that precision machined parts and solutions to various industries, mainly Aerospace, is looking for a CNC Turner Programmer/Setter Operator who is looking for a new opportunity. • Set and operate CNC Turning machines (Fanuc controls) to tight aerospace tolerances
• Work with premium materials:
  Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium, Nylon
• Accurately record job timings in the ERP system
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization (6S)
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• 4-5 years proven experience in CNC Turning within aerospace or other high-precision sectors
• Skilled in setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
• Comfortable working to tight tolerances
• Apprenticeship trained or qualified by experience
• CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus, but not essential
