Systems Engineer

This Systems Engineer will support clients across a range of modern and legacy technologies, providing both on‑site and remote assistance. The role is fast‑paced, dynamic, and requires strong communication skills at all organizational levels.

• Provide expert and personable support to a diverse client base, both on‑site and remotely.
• Build, install, and maintain servers and work with client systems and cloud applications.
• Travel occasionally to client sites while also performing remote and home‑working support.
• Engage with Microsoft and major vendor technologies, including client systems, applicationware, servers, peripherals, and networks.
• Adapt work priorities rapidly to meet clients’ short‑notice needs in a multitasking environment.
• Represent the company with a professional appearance and clear communication, interacting from staff to board levels.

• MCSE, MCSA, MCPs or CCNA and/or substantial IT support and project experience.
• Core technologies and skills:
  Microsoft Server (all versions), Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Remote Desktop and RDApp infrastructure, VMware, Hyper‑V, Cisco, Citrix, Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, HPE and Dell technologies, Sonic Wall, Watch Guard and Draytek technologies, Veeam, Adobe, Fortinet, Juniper.
