• Ideally have some structural design experience in the buildings sector and a desire to develop your skills further.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a structural design practice (training will be provided if required).
• Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to engage with forward‑looking software such as 3D BIM Revit and a range of specialist software packages.
• Ability to control and manage your workload effectively and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
