Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored academic and emotional support to students, including those with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties)
Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies and support EHCP goals
Help foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
Support students in both whole-class and small group settings
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families to promote progress and wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be a recent graduate with a genuine interest in education and supporting young people
Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is a plus but not essential)
Be empathetic, patient, and resilient
Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
Be committed to safeguarding and continuous professional development
