A reputable staffing agency seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Amersham for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and another European language (Italian, French, or Spanish). Responsibilities include managing communications with different teams, handling service requests, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Competence in MS Office and experience in customer service are essential.
