Nursery Practitioner (Level
3) – £28,600
Workdays in this nursery are spent engaging with children’s ideas, extending learning through play, and making the most of stimulating indoor and outdoor environments. The Level 3 Nursery Practitioner plays a key role in planning activities, supporting development, and delivering the EYFS in a practical, child-led way.
Before You Apply- This role requires recent experience working as a qualified Nursery Practitioner in an EYFS setting.
- Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- This position is not suitable for unqualified or newly qualified candidates.

- Provide consistent, high-quality care and education within your room
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Observe, assess, and record children’s development accurately
- Support children’s learning through play and daily routines
- Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards
- Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Recent experience working in an EYFS nursery setting
- Good working knowledge of the EYFS
- Confidence supporting children’s learning and development
- Ability to work reliably as part of a consistent team
