As an Account Manager in our Medical Billings team you will be the trusted partner for healthcare practitioners, managing the full revenue cycle so they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. After probation and training the role will be hybrid – three days a week from our Amersham office.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a dedicated partner to healthcare practitioners, managing the full revenue cycle on their behalf.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing advice and insights on billing and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and reduce inefficiencies, supporting long‑term client success.
- Guide clients through billing systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions that enhance the client and patient experience.
- Support business objectives through administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Experience in account management, billing or client services, ideally in a target‑driven or fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to build trust and influence effectively.
- High attention to detail with proven organisational skills and accuracy in data management.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to prioritise and problem‑solve under pressure.
- Team‑oriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals and supporting continuous improvement.
