You’ll manage a portfolio of clients while playing a central role in team leadership, client relationships, and business growth

Your responsibilities will include:
- Statutory accounts preparation & review
- Corporation tax, Self Assessment, VAT & payroll
- Cloud bookkeeping and process improvement
- Managing and training an offshore and onshore team
- Leading client meetings and advisory conversations
- Winning new clients and selling services
- Gradually taking on responsibilities from the current partner
- Is ACCA / CIMA / AAT fully or part-qualified
- Has strong UK practice experience across accounts & tax
- Is highly tech‑savvy
- Has leadership experience (team management is a plus
