Een internationaal IT-bedrijf in Amersfoort zoekt een ervaren technicus voor technische support. Je behandelt supportverzoeken van eindgebruikers via telefoon en tickets en documenteert processen. Vereist zijn een HBO- of WO-diploma in Informatica of vergelijkbaar en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een IT-omgeving. Je moet ook vloeiend Nederlands spreken.
