During your internship you will be part of the IT Commerce team Customer Engagement and Digital Commerce. This team currently drives the Content Value Chain program and is driving impact across the organization with various work streams. You will contribute to different work streams in the Content Value Chain program. Your responsibilities include:
- Support implementing the roadmap of our content hub
- Guiding several business groups through the process of onboarding in our workstream systems
- Help to organize and facilitate workshop(s)
- Create how-to’s, training materials and other content that supports the onboarding of the business groups
- Collect feedback and help to suggest improvements of usability
- Support in the discovery and usability of AI use cases
- Evaluate and support the evaluation and collection of our KPI’s
- Support in the comms by creating regular updates for the community
