Een zorginstelling in Amersfoort zoekt een senior begeleider om cliënten te ondersteunen bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten en zorgplannen te bewaken. Je werkt in een dynamisch team dat een veilige en stimulerende omgeving biedt voor 30 tot 50 cliënten. Een hbo-diploma in Zorg & Welzijn is vereist. Je krijgt een jaarcontract voor 28 uur per week met een salaris van € 2.992 tot € 4.178 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en CAO Gehandicaptenzorg.

Er zijn uitstekende ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en een goede werk-privébalans.
