Het is belangrijk dat je een relevante Mbo-opleiding hebt en kennis van begeleidingsvormen bij autisme. Deze rol biedt een uitdagende omgeving met mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling en salaris volgens cao gehandicaptenzorg schaal 35.
