Overview

Verizon Wireless Small Business Account Manager at Your Wireless – Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer. Compensation: $+ base pay plus sales bonuses and incentives, plus strong employee benefits and perks. Locations to support in Georgia:
Macon, Dublin, Milledgeville, Vidalia, Americus. This is an opportunity for early-career or seasoned sales professionals to earn a competitive lucrative salary, including base pay and target individual-based commissions. Immediate opportunity for a Wireless Small Business Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing Salesforce, prospecting, and engaging with Verizon campaigns daily. Weekly activities include call blitzes, performance reviews with leadership, and tracking sales progress. Monthly expectations include meeting sales targets, leading 1:1 meetings with District Managers, and providing region-wide updates.

Responsibilities
  • Introduce small and medium business customers to the latest high-tech 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs.
  • Interact with small and medium business customers in-store, digitally, and through outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrate the value of products and services by presenting end-to-end technology solutions to energize customer businesses.
  • Drive small business results by generating new business through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals.
  • Drive small business results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.
  • Grow the customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.
  • Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to solve business problems for customers.
  • Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits; service existing customers.
  • Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, manage pipeline and book of business.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business managing a team.
  • 1 year or more of outside sales experience.
  • 3+ years in a retail sales environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire others.
  • High-school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to understand, explain, and drive key performance metrics.
  • Highly proficient with technology including cellular devices, computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles is required.
  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, products, and customer service.
  • Ability to travel to various locations in the assigned district as needed.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
  • Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
