Consignment​/Purchaser

Ridezilla / Boater’s World South Georgia is seeking a driven and customer-focused Consignment Sales Consultant / Purchaser to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a strong eye for evaluating used units, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will work directly with customers looking to sell or consign boats, ATVs, motorcycles, and other powersports equipment, while helping our store build a strong and profitable pre‑owned inventory.

• Meet with customers interested in selling or consigning their boats or powersports units
• Inspect and evaluate units to determine fair market value and resale potential
• Prepare consignment agreements, purchase offers, and required documentation
• Maintain communication with consignment clients throughout the sales process
• Photograph and assist with listing units online to maximize exposure and sales
• Coordinate with the service team for reconditioning or inspection needs
• Maintain accurate records of consignment inventory coming in and going out
• Support showroom and lot presentation of pre‑owned inventory
• Assist customers in‑store and by phone with consignment or purchasing questions
• Work with management to meet monthly sales and inventory goals
• Deliver excellent customer service that encourages repeat business and referrals

• Previous experience in sales, purchasing, or consignment (automotive, marine, or powersports preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess the condition and value of used units (training provided if needed)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems and dealership software
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Interest in powersports, boating, or outdoor recreation is a plus

• Combination of outdoor lot and indoor showroom environment
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs during unit inspections
• Exposure to varying weather conditions while evaluating outdoor inventory
