As an Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza, you will oversee all operations during your shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team during your shift, managing 3 to 15 people, with a positive attitude and strong motivation skills.
• A clean driving record and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check; access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Be a role model and leader—punctual and positive with customers and co-workers.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
